Consent for medical treatment:

I / We allow Real Madrid Foundation Soccer Camp personnel to seek appropriate medical care for the camper and for the medical care to be provided and for the camper to receive medical attention in the event of an accident, injury or illness. I/we will be responsible for any and all medical attention and treatment costs other than those covered by the camp’s Excessive Medical Coverage policy.

Athletics launch:

I/we recognize that our child is physically fit and mentally capable of participating in soccer camp activities. I / we recognize that playing or practicing football is a potentially dangerous activity. I/we agree that I/we/are voluntarily entering into and assuming all risks associated with participating in these activities, including, but not limited to, falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather including heat and/or humidity, and the conditions of the training grounds and facilities, all risks being understood and assessed by you. I / we, the undersigned by ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators hereby resign, release and release forever the employees of STE and Real Madrid, officers, agents, employees, representatives and successors and assignment of all rights and claims for damage, injury or loss of person or property that may be suffered or occur while participating in camp activities or while at camp, whether or not damage, injury or loss is due to negligence. I also acknowledge that no refunds will be given for injuries of any kind incurred during the camp. Use of Material for Promotional Purposes I/We give STE permission to use photos and videos of campers to promote future events organized by the company.

Weather policy:

In the event of bad weather once camp begins, all campers will be asked to leave the camp for the designated shelter area. If the camp is canceled after it has started, you will be asked to return to the camp and pick up your player. We do not have in-house facilities to host players for the rest of the day.

Cancellation and refund policy

If you decide to cancel your booking, we must receive written notice of such cancellation by registered letter, overnight post or email sent to info@frmclinicsportugal.com (with confirmation of receipt from us), and you will be subject to the following table of cancellation fees:
If we receive written notice before 90 days of the camp date, the organization will withhold £95.00 as compensation for registration expenses.
If we receive written notice within 90-60 days of the camp date, the organization will withhold 50% of the payment fee paid.

If we receive written notice of cancellation within 60 days of the camp date, there will be no refund of the amount paid for FRM football camps.

If the participant simply does not attend the camp, there will be no refund of the amount paid or the equipment sent to the participant.
Camps are subject to change or cancellation without notice at any time for any reason, including if the number of registered participants is insufficient to host the camp. Upon camp cancellation by our staff, a full refund is issued within 30 days of cancellation or participants can choose to attend any of the other camps based on availability. If the camp is cancelled, our liability is limited to a full refund of the price and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, travel or other expense of any nature in such circumstances. . No refunds will be given if an ongoing program has to be interrupted or canceled for reasons beyond our control.

Force Majeure and Divine Actions. In the event that STE is unable to fulfill its obligations under this contract due to circumstances beyond its control, such as terrorism, a pandemic, war, labor strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc., STE will not be responsible for providing any refund for services not rendered due to such circumstances.

COVID 19. Given the extraordinary circumstances produced by the COVID 19 Pandemic, STE will do its best to minimize the economic impact of cancellations for our customers, offering a credit where possible. Please note that in order to protect the interests of all participants and while the COVID 19 alert is in effect, STE may, in its sole discretion, deny any refund request that falls within the above timeline.
